Fastest laps - German Grand Prix 2016 - Ricciardo sets fastest lap at Hockenheim

For once, neither Mercedes driver was at the top of the fastest lap timesheets for the Hockenheim race, with Lewis Hamilton setting the third fastest time of all the drivers. Daniel Ricciardo was actually the fastest driver on the day, with three tenths over next placed Sebastian Vettel. Their teammates were further down the order.

Rounding out the top ten was Kvyat, Button and Gutiérrez, although the lap times in the lower half of the top ten are all very similar. The entire field was only split by just over three seconds in terms of pace.
