It took a while for the Brazilian Grand Prix to really get going, what with the initial starting time postponement, the two full red flag periods, and five physical safety car periods, but when the action did finally begin, it was astounding. Unfortunately for Felipe Massa, his final home race ended in retirement, but in some ways it was better for him - getting to see the emotion from the crowd, his family and the entire pit lane as he made his way back to the Williams garage.

But of course, all eyes were on Max Verstappen who stormed his way through the field passing car after car after car to muscle his way onto the podium. It was an incredible performance.
