Driver standings - United States Grand Prix 2015 - Lewis Hamilton becomes 2015 World Champion

It was never in doubt, but Lewis Hamilton has finally wrapped up the 2015 World Championship with three races to spare. Sebastian Vettel retains his second place in the championship for now, but Nico Rosberg has closed the gap between the two once again.

Further down the table, Max Verstappen has improved two place to move into tenth place, with Romain Grosjean losing another position this weekend. Jenson Button has moved up to 16th position, deposing teammate Alonso, whilst Alexander Rossi moved above Will Stevens, although neither have any points on the board.
