Free Practice 2 results - Spanish Grand Prix 2015 - Ricciardo suffers second session of limited running

Daniel Ricciardo was forced to wait out much of the second Barcelona practice session, having also missed most of the morning action as well. The Red Bull driver appeared towards the end of the afternoon, after the team took time out to change yet another engine on the car. Lewis Hamilton topped the times, taking over from his teammate Nico Rosberg, and maximising his pace on both the tyre compounds.

McLaren started to show improvement, with Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso finishing the day 7th and 11th overall. Romain Grosjean suffered an unusual incident when the engine cover popped off his Lotus as he exited the pit lane. He returned to the garage and spent a considerable amount of time there, completing just 14 laps overall.
