Fastest laps - Spanish Grand Prix 2015 - Faster drivers get stuck behind teammates in Barcelona

Kimi third fastest on Sunday

The fastest laps table from the Spanish race shows from another angle how disappointing the racing was, and how poor overtaking turned out to be. Some of the drivers, particularly those near the top of the table, managed faster laps than their teammates but couldn't make any impression on them during the race. Lewis Hamilton tops the table, but finished second.

Sebastian Vettel joined the Mercedes drivers on the podium, but his Ferrari teammate posted the third fastest lap on the day. Vettel's fastest was still behind two Williams cars. Jenson Button will be pleased to see the pace of the McLaren picking up slightly, whilst Toro Rosso couldn't convert their qualifying speed into lap times on Sunday.
