Nico Rosberg has edged closer to the sizeable lead that Lewis Hamilton has been carving out for himself in 2015, with a race win in Spain allowing the German to move to just 20 points of his teammate. Although still a significant gap, it has shrunk to the more manageable psychological barrier of less than a single race victory - raising hopes that there is still everything to play for this year.

Valtteri Bottas moved ahead of teammate Felipe Massa by 3 points, with the Williams pair firmly the third best on the table. Romain Grosjean and Carlos Sainz also made progress, whilst Nico Hülkenberg lost out, dropping two places after the racing was over.
