Driver standings - Singapore Grand Prix 2015 - Vettel closes the gap to second place Rosberg

Hamilton's retirement halted his meteoric rise through the championship standings, but his competitors have at least closed the gap a little. Rosberg picked up a handful of points but finished off the podium, whilst Vettel moved to within eight points of the Mercedes driver. Massa's DNF lost him two standings places, with both Räikkönen and Bottas moving ahead.

There were a lot of changes in the midfield, with Daniel Ricciardo, Sergio Pérez and Max Verstappen all benefiting from a good weekend in Singapore.
