Romain Grosjean has been handed another grid drop for the 2015 season, taking a five place penalty for a change of gearbox. The long life components are supposed to last for six race weekends and Lotus have had to change Romain's gearbox before the allotted time.

He's not the only one to drop down the order in Monaco, however, as Carlos Sainz found himself in trouble with the stewards after qualifying. The Toro Rosso driver was called to the stewards' office to answer charges that he ignored an FIA call to the weighbridge during the Saturday session. Having been found to have infringed the regulations on that front, Sainz must start from the pit lane for the Grand Prix on Sunday.
