There's no movement towards the top of the table, aside from Hamilton sneaking a little more out of the gap to his teammate, and Sebastian Vettel holding firm in third. Valtteri Bottas managed to jump Kimi Räikkönen for fourth place, but the pair are split by a single point, with Felipe Massa only a couple of points behind them.

Fernando Alonso was the big winner of the race, finally picking up his first point of the season with a tenth place finish. It was more by luck than judgement as Alonso moved up the order by dint of other drivers retiring from the race, but Fernando leaves just the two Manor drivers as full-season racers without a point.
