Fastest laps - Australian Grand Prix 2015 - Ferrari solidly scoop best of the rest on pace

Rosberg struggled to match Hamilton's pace all weekend

With Mercedes so dominant at Albert Park, it's no surprise that race winner Lewis Hamilton secured the fastest lap of the first race of the season. Nico Rosberg was close behind, and it was Ferrari who were best of the rest. The improved engine in the Ferrari allowed Kimi Räikkönen to post the third fastest time, although it was teammate Sebastian Vettel that picked up the final trophy.

Further back, Red Bull and Toro Rosso were down on pace, with Renault really struggling into the new season. McLaren also brought up the rear, although that was probably less of a surprise for all involved.
