Timo Glock kicks up some dust as he struggles to keep to the track in Turkey. The Grand Prix in Istanbul was the first time that both Virgin Racing drivers had a fully-functioning car, after the chassis was redesigned to fit a larger fuel tank.

Wirth Research had designed the original VR-01 with a fuel tank that wouldn't reach the end of any high-consumption tracks, meaning the drivers had to pootle around at the back of the grid, finishing each race many laps down. The new car didn't necessarily bring them back on to the lead lap, but it meant they only had to worry about reliability instead of focusing on fuel levels.
