Nico Hülkenberg's star performance over the past few years made him one of the most talked about drivers when the 2014 seats started to become available. The top seats have all but been filled now, though, and so it is back to Force India for Nico. The Hulk drove for the Silverstone-based team for two years in 2011/12, departing for Sauber for the 2013 season.

About his return, he says: "I genuinely believe we can have a competitive package in 2014. I’ve heard a lot of positive things about the Mercedes engine as well, so I think there’s a lot to be excited about for next year. I know this team and I can see their determination; it’s a great bunch of people and we all share the same hunger for success."

Hülkenberg has signed to Force India on a multi-year deal, showing some good faith that the team can keep up their competitive form, and hopefully find the consistency they need to start bringing home some strong results.
