Sebastian Vettel gives his seal of approval to the waiting cameras after a successful outing in Singapore. The Red Bull driver took a dominant win, and was joined on the podium by Jenson Button, and his teammate Mark Webber. The results leave Sebastian Vettel just one point away from taking the 2011 World Championship.

The only possible way he could fail to win is if he doesn't score any points for the rest of the season, and Jenson Button wins every single race until the end of the year. Although technically possible, this is an unlikely outcome, and Red Bull must be preparing for a celebratory party any time soon.

Talking about the possibility of winning the title at the next race in Japan, team boss Christian Horner said: "I only asked in the last 10 laps of the Singapore race what the mathematics were, because the focus is on races not the championship. We have got ourselves into a great position there though, and hopefully it will take care of itself."

He added: "We will go to Japan with exactly the same approach we came here to Singapore with, and at every race this year: to try and do our best in Japan and ensure we do get that one point. But we will also go for the race win as well."
