Ahead of practice for the Singapore Grand Prix, Sebastian Vettel took a moment to himself to prepare. Going into the weekend, Vettel had a healthy lead on the title battle, with the ability to win the championship, if he took victory in the race and his rivals failed to get good results.

In the build-up to the Singapore event, Vettel faced endless questions about the pressure and how he was handling the idea of potentially becoming F1's youngest world champion with several races still to go.

After the Italian Grand Prix, Vettel revealed how the team will be approaching the next race: "It's very nice to win, but if we have a good Sunday and finish third or fifth, we're very good at optimising results. I don't know, I think we'll do Singapore as we've done all the other races this year. Just go there, step by step and see what we can do... I'm looking forward and we'll see what happens then."

The team, and the driver, managed to keep their heads and take victory at the Marina Bay circuit, and the championship is now just one point away.
