HRT hope to bring their new car to the final pre-season test in Bahrain
Hispania Racing

Hispania Racing have confirmed that their new car will hopefully be ready for the final pre-season test in Bahrain. They will still attend the other tests but with the 2010 challenger, to allow more work to be done on this year's chassis. The team also confirmed the car will be called the F111.

Team principal Colin Kolles admitted that testing with the old car won't be a hindrance, saying: "Last year we didn't have the opportunity to do the tests, and this new season we are able to give our drivers the opportunity to do more millage and to get used to the Pirelli tyres. So, yes, the Spanish tests are very important for us."

It will certainly be more than they achieved last year, when the car was just about ready to participate in the first Grand Prix in Bahrain.

Kolles also warned that there will be more from the team soon: "In the next few days there will be several announcements. The second driver has not been decided yet, because we have to make sure that we are making the best choice."
