With three practice sessions complete, it's time to turn our attention to qualifying. The drivers should be used to circling Singapore at night by now, but we've seen plenty of meetings with the barrier and stumbling around corners. There's also still something of a question mark over the kerbs.

Given all that, it would be hard to call qualifying this early, but I suppose you would be a fool not to bet on Sebastian Vettel. The pressure is both on him to do well this weekend, but also off him because he's so close to his goal it's almost inevitable. Can he secure Red Bull yet another pole position?

The action begins at 3pm GMT+1 with the Factbyte Factbox opening half an hour beforehand for some fabulous build up.

One to Watch

Fernando Alonso believes he can do well this weekend, having finished on the podium in all the previous editions. Some of them are questionable, of course, but Fernando does seem to like it round the streets of Singapore.

I have always managed to make the podium in the three previous editions and my objective is to make it four out of four. A third victory to go with those of 2008 and last year would clearly be fantastic but I know that it will be very hard.

- Fernando Alonso

A pole position would be a good start.
