It's all downhill from here! But saying that, there are still some amazing shows coming up, so don't be downhearted. Six hours gone, but six glorious hours still to go. Here's what coming up in the next 60 minutes:

• 18:00 The Cooking Show - The one I think a lot of people have been waiting for, Mr C gets his hands dirty again creating a masterpiece, guided by littlepurplegoth's instructions.
• 18:30 The Nostradamus Effect - RG puts on his soothsayers hat, and predicts what will come to pass in the future. He has questions and voicemails to go through, and adds in a couple of his own thoughts on the next few years in F1.
