So far, things have looked good for Red Bull (in particular Sebastian Vettel, who else?) and also for Lotus, who are relishing in the higher temperatures. You can't write off Mercedes who have been very strong in qualifying this season, but the conditions in Hungary may not suit them as much as they'd hoped... and they may be slightly on the back foot in terms of tyres.
