The first session in Monaco got off to a slow start, with just a few cars testing out the tarmac. Then there was a red flag, when a puddle appeared on the circuit, and the officials decided to take a peek. We had a couple of crashes, and an almost no-show from Webber.

What can FP2 hold in store? The weather continues to be warm and sunny in Monaco, and Vettel appears to be on form. Alonso also had good pace this morning. 90 more minutes of running should begin at 1pm GMT+1.

One to Watch

Mark Webber did not get much running in the first session, after a gearbox problem sidelined him for most of Free Practice 1. Just a couple of installation laps and no time for the Australian, whilst his teammate whizzed all the way to the top of the timesheets. Can Webber do any better this afternoon?
