Malaysia 2010 - Qualifying - The threat of rain hangs over the Sepang International Circuit

Published by Christine

So far, it has looked as though McLaren could dominate proceedings, but FP3 provided a tiny sting in the tail in the form of Mark Webber. Is the Red Bull reliable enough though?

Weather update

We narrowly avoided some rain in FP3, but can we be so lucky in qualifying? If the rain does start to fall it will cause absolute chaos, and it's been a while since we had a major qualifying upset.

One to watch

Sebastian Vettel has been on pole for two races now, and has yet to finish either of them on the podium. Perhaps if he can get pole for the third race in a row, he may stand a chance of making it stick this time.

Predictions please

Who will get pole position? Will there be any surprises out in Q1 or Q2? Will the rain mix things up? Will Rosberg beat Schumacher? Which other teammates will finish ahead?
