Hungary 2010 - The race - Another Sebastian Vettel pole position and a lot of work to do

Published by Christine

I don't think anyone was surprised at how dominant Vettel was in qualifying, the Red Bull just seems to get faster and faster. Other teams are there or thereabouts but whether they will be able to keep up with the cars in front remains to be seen.

Clear skies

I am properly miffed with the weather this weekend. Every time I make the widget, the conditions are completely different. Perhaps I should try out the night time one just to see what will happen then. As it is, it might be clear, it might be raining. All bets are off.

One to watch

Button had a tough time in qualifying yesterday and just missed out on the top ten, but if anyone can make a comeback at Hungary, it's him. The man himself is keeping optimistic about what he can achieve today:

The good thing is that I'll be starting on the clean side of the track. Normally, that can make you up a place or two at the start, and there'll be lots of opportunities into the first corner, which is always exciting here. Plus, I've got two new sets of tyres for the race.

- Jenson Button

Predictions please

Will anybody be able to beat the Red Bulls here at Hungary? What will the weather be like throughout the race? Will Force India be able to cope with their tyre changes this time round? Who will be the first retirement of the race?
