Hungary 2010 - Qualifying - Pole position is up for grabs at the Hungaroring

Published by Christine

Qualifying is here, and on a track as processional as Hungary, where you line up on the grid can make or break a race. Expect the Red Bulls to do well, as their strong showing so far indicates, but the rest of the order is still an unknown.

Weather update

rain

Hungaroring, Hungary, Saturday

24℃

  • Low 18℃
  • Humidity 69%

Heavy rain showers

Who knows what is going on with the weather anymore? There is more rain predicted, and I don't know whether it's going to happen or not. I can tell you that it is raining outside my window though. If that helps.

One to watch

I'm going to go out there and say it, keep your eye on Vettel. We know the Red Bulls are fast, and when he wants to, he can really put his foot down and make a clean lap. It's not always beautiful to watch, but you can't say that he doesn't get the job done.

Predictions please

Who will get pole position on this sunny/rainy (delete as applicable) day in Hungary? Will the McLaren boys make a dent on the grid? Who will be the first surprise name to drop out? Will anyone crash and ruin their Saturday?
