Final Friday Practice is upon us and it's the last opportunity for teams and drivers to figure out which tyres are best for purpose come qualifying. We've got Red Bull charging away with the times, whilst towards the back, Yamamoto is still struggling. What's in store for us today?

Weather update

clear

Hungaroring, Hungary, Saturday

23℃

  • Low 18℃
  • Humidity 78%

Clear skies

Contrary to the forecasts yesterday, we're supposed to be in for a dry and clear day today. So... given that we were expecting rain yesterday and saw not a drop fall from the sky, I'm betting on some precipitation today. I'm not just betting on it, actually, I'm hoping for it.

One to watch

Yesterday, I told you that Kubica was the fella to watch for FP2 after a strong performance in the morning. He was soundly beaten by Petrov, so for today, I'm handing him the one to watch baton. Can he beat his teammate again? He's certainly feeling optimistic about his weekend so far.

It was a good day of practice and I found a good balance with the car. I know this track well and, with the updates we have here, the car feels much better.

- Vitaly Petrov

Predictions please

Will it be Red Bull on top again this morning? Will the running order bear any resemblance to what happens later in qualifying? Will the weather make any difference whatsoever? How will Petrov do?
