It was Red Bull's day yesterday and rumours from the paddock suggest that McLaren have made some changes to their car which might give Red Bull the edge this weekend again. I'm sure that will please the two British drivers at their home race!

Weather update

Unbelievably it is still sunny out in Silverstone. Manipe is in the paddock and has posted some pictures showing the lovely blue skies. Silverstone is quite glorious when the weather is good, so I hope it lasts for all the fans visiting, and especially those camping.

One to watch

As if to prove me wrong, Petrov finished Free Practice 2 ahead of Kubica. The Russian has been closing up to his more high profile teammate, so can he do well today and qualify ahead of him too? Let's see how he does in final practice.

Will McLaren be any match for Red Bull without their fancy diffuser? Who will finish on top on Saturday morning? Will the sun stay out the entire day? Will anyone crash at the new section of track?
