Europe 2010 - Free Practice 1 - The Valencia track plays host to the next round of the 2010 season

Published by Christine

From a brilliant Canada, we move on to the less-than-enticing Valencia, who play hosts to the European Grand Prix. They always say you need to give the new tracks a chance, perhaps they need a couple of races to prove their worth. Hmm. If anyone watches all of both practice sessions, they deserve a medal!

Weather update

It's due to be sunny and warm throughout the whole weekend, just as it is in the UK. There may be a few clouds sprinkled around today, but they shouldn't make any difference to the action out on track.

One to watch

I'm not sure if there are any Friday drivers scheduled to be on duty today, but if it was me, I would let the race drivers get as much practice in as possible. There are so many corners, they must need time to learn them all!

Predictions please

Who will end the morning on top? Will anyone crash into the masses of concrete that surround the circuit? Who will be the slowest car of the morning? Will anyone be able to spot the fake green grass?
