Canada 2010 - Free Practice 1 - Back to the popular Montreal circuit for another race weekend

Published by Christine

The return to Montreal has been highly anticipated by pretty much everyone involved in F1. Canada hosts a much-loved Grand Prix, and today we get to see the cars in action for the first time across the pond in way too many months.

Weather update

The conditions over the course of the weekend look changeable, it could be raining or it could be sunny, and it is much too early to tell. For Friday, it looks like it will be somewhere between the two - cloudy but it should stay dry.

One to watch

Webber and Vettel have come to an uneasy truce within Red Bull, and whilst they continue to assert that there are no hard feelings, you've got to be sure they're going to be wary of each other out on track. Will they send the Red Bull cars out at opposite ends of the session? We'll see.

Predictions please

Who will be fastest for the first session of the Canada weekend? Will the weather hold off and conditions stay dry? Will anyone crash out spectacularly? Will anyone crash out unspectacularly?
