Giggles Radio - 1982 // Another year from our DJ's life, and the music that formed it

Published by Alex Andronov

Giggles Radio keeps on trucking and this year we reach 1982 which was the year that your host moved to America, Canada reached full political independence from the United Kingdom, The Weather Channel launched in the states, the longest Lunar eclipse of the 20th Century (108 minutes) occurred, the first emoticons were posted on an electronic bulletin board by Scott Fahlman, the Commodore 64 was released, the Mary Rose was raised, and the first compact discs were released but only in Germany.

So join host Alex Andronov as he features a year from his life and plays the songs that either came out in that year or he experienced for the first time in that year. It's his Audio-graphy.

Join us for 2 hours (ish) of music, chit chat and random biographical information from 4pm.
