With Sebastian Vettel on pole, and an afternoon of racing round the docks in Valencia, expectations are low. There are new tyres to look out for, thought, particularly as the surface of the street track can be quite tricky and the conditions are hotter than they have been for a few races.

The race will begin at 1pm GMT+1, with the Factbyte Factbox coverage starting one hour beforehand for all the buildup.

One to Watch

McLaren seem to have lost a little more ground to Ferrari this weekend, although Lewis Hamilton did manage to qualify ahead of both the red car, with Button behind them. Hamilton has admitted he'll think twice before attempting an overtake move in the future, which is what many feared would happen with the stringent stewarding.

Meanwhile, Button is confident that they can keep tabs on Red Bull.

This is a place where if we have a good car with the hot temperatures, it can really make a difference. The DRS zones give a great opportunity for overtaking, and with these tyres it is difficult to know what strategy to run. We are normally pretty good at making the right call – so we are not afraid of them walking away with it. I think it is going to be a great race.
