The arguments over the blown diffuser regulation changes are still ongoing, even as we get into the main body of the weekend with qualifying. Sebastian Vettel put his car on top of the timesheets this morning, and you'd be foolish for thinking he can't do the same this afternoon. However, anything can happen, and it's fun to see whatever does happen take place at the fancy new Silverstone.

Qualifying should get underway at 1pm GMT+1, with build-up an hour beforehand.

I'm going to be keeping an eye on Mark Webber this session. He's continuing his tradition of bad luck so far this weekend, with car trouble in two sessions so far. However, Red Bull do still seem to have pace, and he's got to do better than Vettel one day. Hasn't he?
