Joining us on tonight's panel:

That's all for this series of Sidepodpanel, we've not got two series under our belts. If you want to enjoy any of the previous episodes, take a look through the archives, otherwise look forward to the third although we don't know when it will be.

A bumper Sidepodpanel gets smaller as the show goes on, but we have two guest hosts with some fantastic topics (and double the killer questions as well). Expect space travel, songs, and cartoon characters as Jackie and Lou take the helm.

There have been some interesting snippets in the Formula 1 world today, things that don't necessarily make an entire news item but get the mind thinking. There have also been some good things in the comments, especially this first item:

  • Dan's mate sold a toy car to Anthony Davidson's dad, which quite obviously leads on to a debate over whether Davidson or Sato was a better driver and which is more deserving of a race seat. Weigh in with your thoughts.
  • Kubica thinks that KERS is slowing him down, that the car will go quicker without out. However, he wants the car to have it as it's been designed that way. So, how will cars with and without KERS stack up against each other?
  • Sponsors are jumping around all over the place, with Lenovo moving to McLaren, but speculation that Vodafone might pull out, having done so in other sporting factions. What effect would that have on the team, and I also like the question - where would Hamilton go?

There have been plenty of other topics circulating the comments, though, and I expect the same to take place today. Don't be constrained by anything I've listed above, and say what you feel. See you in the comments.

That's all for this series of Sidepodpanel. We do intend to bring it back at some point in the future, no promises when, though. As ever, you can register your interest in appearing on the show in the Wiki, and more importantly, let us know what you think of the show, and how it can be improved for series two.

Live: After The Shuttle Lands, We Panel

Here it is, then, the final episode of Sidepodpanel for the first series. It's been an amazing run, so many good thoughts and subtle mentions of Franck. Our final show is ably hosted by Steven Roy who has become something of a regular on the panel, and should know how to handle us rowdy lot.

For a while it seemed as though we wouldn't have anybody on the panel to talk, but we may just be able to fill up this last show. Join us in the comments, if you're not on the show itself, as anyone can get points.

Live: What a Way to Celebrate Your 18th

We're back once again with another Sidepodpanel. The show seems to have taken over, so much so that there's a fierce debate going on in the comments about how it's going to fit in from now on. Whilst I can't tell you anything definitive about that yet, what I can tell you is that today's show will start after Mr Clarkson & co have finished their car show.

The panel will be ably hosted by Scott Woodwiss today, and it's his birthday when the clock strikes midnight, so don't forget to wish him many happy returns as he takes the host's chair for the first time. We should be starting at 9pm GMT and hope to get Skype up and running much sooner than last time.

Live: Since When do Our Lives Revolve Around Clarkson?

Following on from last week's show over-running, this week we're focusing solely on Sidepodpanel. It was supposed to be our weekend off, but holiday's are for wimps, so we're back and ready to get panelling.

This week Andy takes on the task of being the host, and he's got a lot to live up to after first-ever guest host Alex. However, he's been on every 'Podpanel so far, so experience is on his side.

We don't know what questions or topics he has got up his sleeve, but we're looking forward to it immensely. I'm ready with my pinger to reward those who meet my exacting standards, and boo those who don't. There's a raging debate over whether we will feature two or three teams, and as host, I think that is Andy's decision. Well, that and the capabilities of Skype will be the deciding factor.

We should be going live at 9pm GMT, straight after Top Gear. However, we won't have watched it, so please don't tell us what happened. Although, I'm sure I wouldn't be too far from the truth saying there will be three blokes shouting a lot and crashing cars. Good times.
