Tweets of the Week - Anyone Would Think It Rained
Published by Christine Blachford
F1 got back into the swing of things in fine style, with plenty of action at Spa-Francorchamps. Of course a lot of it was down to the weather, but there were also some interesting driver decisions being made. Let's run through some of the best tweets this week, highlighting the best and worst of the build up to the Grand Prix and the race itself.

Week Ending: 29th August 2010
1. I didn't realise drivers actually paid attention to this stuff.
Autosport Half-Term Rating: my score is 6.83/10 and I've been placed 12th/25 F1 drivers. Positive as they are the most respected/important.
2. The calendar comedian? One Mr Bernie Ecclestone.
F1's calendar comedian strikes again... 'Belgium? It always rains end of August time. Let's race then.' And yes, it's raining.
3. Any excuse for a good old knees up.
So we are having a drinks reception now to mark RBs 300th - Webber, Di Grassi, Mr E, the Toro Rosso drivers have arrived...more 2 come
4. Whoever made this booking might be in trouble.
Can't believe my room in our hotel is called Jarno Trulli... http://flic.kr/p/8vBtCx
5. Karun ponders the difference between British and Belgian weather.
It's interesting how when it rains in Spa we all say "Ahh well, it's Spa" but in England we complain about it being cold wet and horrible !!
6. Toro Rosso are creeping ever closer to the top ten fight. Maybe.
Almost q3!!! Still dreamin'...... :)
7. Never let it be said that Virgin Racing revel in other team's mistakes - particularly a spin during an important moment of a great race.
Good boy Jarno ;-)
8. I can't quite tell if they're showing off or just really, really happy.
You NEVER grow tired of winning... http://twitpic.com/2je6cy
9. At first I thought it was a typo, but turns out it's just a really bad pun!
first time all Bridgestone dry, inters and wets used on all 3 GP days for a long time, if ever? All performed tyrifically. Great action race
10. McLaren's test driver offers up a review of the Red Bull driver's weekend.
I think Seb Vettel is the only driver able to t-bone another car while in a straight line. Not deliberate but reckless. #F1
