Hello there, did you know today is Pudsey Day? It is Children in Need, the live epic charity telethon, and the yellow bear will be guiding us through many hours of interesting, hopefully entertaining, and definitely occasionally cringeworthy TV. There will be music, dancing, there's bound to be some Doctor Who and guest stars aplenty. There's also going to be Tess Daly. You can't have everything.
Last year we Factbyte Factbox the event and great fun was had. This year we are scrabbling things together a little more, but if you are watching any of the proceedings today, do join in the fun and games in the comments. It's definitely more fun as part of a crowd!
The thing about Children in Need is not to take any of it too seriously, everything is for a good cause, and it's usually a blast. It all kicks off at 7:30pm GMT, and will be on BBC One and on the HD channel. Do jump in, say hello, and give Pudsey a wave as you do!

traffic on motorways sucks. I do not like being in stationary traffic on a motorway, it's very stressful. at least i'm home now and thankfully have the house to myself :)
i always got it confused with tonto. muscials not my strong point
you'll just have to relax with some good company and good tv after all that stress ;)
although, home in time for Michael Crawford is not bad :)

I have to confess to turning over to watch Nitro Circus so i missed it, but she's usually pretty dam good
it's just when they get heavily oiverhyped. It;s easy to get sick of something constantly being exposed like media places do with the next big thing but there's no denying her talent. That was really wonderful though.

From what I saw, it was a good evening's entertainment but nothing outstanding to go back for.
every year they run out of material towards the end. some of the repeats are for people without youtube, but by the third re-showing i was keen to pay them to find something else :)
