Sidepodcast F1: Story image

It was a jam packed weekend in Spa, and there was plenty to be picked up on for the rankings this week. We've also got a few things from the past that are being dragged up for points - things that we either missed first time round, or had forgotten about. Let's get right on with the scores for this fabulous week in F1.

Movements for Week 30

  1. Heikki Kovalainen: +7 for hanging out with Nightwish and doing a great impression of Lars Ulrich. +10 for an awesome video about bear watching
  2. Timo Glock: +2 for being excellent on the BBC post-race forum.
  3. Rubens Barrichello: +5 for reaching his 300th Grand Prix and +2 for celebrating with friends but -1 for admitting he's a big crier.
  4. Lucas di Grassi: +4 for being excellent on the BBC post-race forum - more excellent than Glock who was very distracted throughout.
  5. Mark Webber: +2 for having a proper birthday cake. +2 for the sentiment behind this milk ad but -3 for it being both awful and catchy at the same time
  6. Felipe Massa: -1 for leaving
  7. Kamui Kobayashi: -3 for having the scariest mascot ever.
  8. Michael Schumacher: -2 for saying sorry to Rubens via text - it's like breaking up with someone via text. +3 for flicking Vettel's ear during post-race interviews.
  9. Sakon Yamamoto: -2 for falling off the back of the police escort.

That's all for this mammoth rankings update. We've got a new leader, and a new loser, but anything can change in the next seven days. It just takes a great video, or a dodgy shirt, and the order is turned on it's head. Keep me posted if you spot anything we need to know about.
