The Brazilian Grand Prix plays host to what could be a thrilling championship showdown this weekend. Or it could be a damp squib as Vettel breezes to his third title in a row. Either way, we are back to discuss recent F1 happenings, predictions for the race and our plans for the off-season. It's about time we put our podcasting hats on again, so do pull up a chair, grab a beverage and relax as we send the 2012 F1 season off in Sidepodcast style.

I was struggling to sort out the facts from the rumour. Do we know if Hekki has a drive?
All we know is Pic = definitely Caterham, Guti = definitely Sauber. No news on heikki but it looks unlikely he;ll secure the other Caterham seat which is utterly ridiculous.
I'd like to see Team Finn at Lotus.

In a fair world, Vettel would have won last race, so we do not have to watch this race, nor talk about it...
It was 2009 but I was enjoying Brawn so much I forgot all about it :)

I maintain that there is a Kers fail switch remote for Webbers car.
It seems to be every race that he's anywhere near the front.
This is like the the 10 thousandth race of the season, if it was not title deciding I would not even care it it was the old Spa circuit....
Ferrari lacks the technology to be subtle about it.
The thing is now that team orders are allowed, it is no longer that shocking to assume that F1 as a team sport sometimes include these kind of decisions. Of course this can be seen as a moral-grey area but in the end it wasn't that bad I think.
I think it's that they simply don't care about subtlety.
To Italians, if Ferrari win, the end justifies the means and the Tifosi will love them for it

I expect to see DRS revert to the long chord due to the change in rules. No need to open it at the end of corners anymore so no need for the little open lots flap type.

When Penske was Headquatered in Reading, PA a few years ago, I had the oppurtunity to tour the facility and got to see one of his F1 cars up close and personal. :)

How weird can bowling get?
Very. Kai gave me a technique tip last night because I have only played twice and that was 20 years ago and I was hopeless. So I did what she said and got 9 with my first ball. Then it got odd. In one frame I put the first ball in the gutter then knocked down all the pins with the second. Next shot I got a strike. Next frame two gutter balls. I keep doing the same thing yet some times I send all the pins flying and at other times the ball is in the gutter before it is half way to the pins
combined they become a seemingly never-ending discussion about renault :)

Not just me then. It is so frustrating because a couple of times I thought I had it sussed then the magnets in the gutter were switched on again. I can understand getting 3 then getting 6 or 7 but to get so many zeros with a few tens makes no sense. I need video and expert analysis
