It's here, the end of the season, and the last Parade Lap of the year. Having taken a break for the last few race weekends, the Parade Lap is back to send off the F1 season in style. Two hours of discussion, predictions, games and music, will lead you in to the BBC coverage and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
We'll be live at 10:10am GMT with host Alex as he guides us through the topics of the day. We'll see you there.

We've reached the final European race of the season, which means it's potentially the last Parade Lap of the year, barring one or two specials depending on how the championship pans out. That being the case, our host Alex has upped the ante and taken the Parade Lap into the garage.
If you are in the live comments, you'll see his live stream in the Factbyte Factbox, whilst ours is displayed below.
We'll be underway at about 11:10am UK Time, and we need your race predictions, your Giggles'll Fix It requests, and of course, let us know what you're eating during the GP.
In addition, last race we assigned commenters with drivers they had to support for the next couple of hours, and it was great fun, so we're doing it again. The first twenty commenters will find themselves with a driver to support. Good luck!

I'm not sure there's any way we can follow the awesome qualifying yesterday, or really precede the potential race we have today. But that is what we are going to aim to do! The Parade Lap is here to brighten up your morning, and while away an hour until the race coverage begins.

The worst thing about the summer break is not the lack of racing, or the lack of news and driver interviews, is it? There has been something much more important missing from your lives - the Parade Lap! Well, now it's back in all it's mad-cap, crazy segmented glory.
We'll lead you into race day with some music and laughter, and only vaguely touch upon the subject of Formula 1. Only at Sidepodcast could we get away with being the opening act for the BBC.

All those rehearsals we've been doing should take effect now, in the first Parade Lap in our new setup. We're joined by Alex who will hopefully keep things running smoothly whilst we panic about everything we've broken in trying to make it better.

With an entire day wiped out of our podcasting schedule, we are marvellously behind which means Alex is even more in charge than he was before. Living up to his title as the host, naturally.
We're in for a fun-filled hour of songs, chatter, predictions and probably talk of food, and we are not allowed to run late because apparently the BBC have something special for their opening VT.

Why would you go all the way to Turkey and watch a race in the empty grandstands when you can stay at home and enjoy an hour of banter from the Sidepodcast Crew and Alex, an hour of build up by the BBC, and then coverage of the whole track?
Here in SPC Towers, we're more than a little unprepared this week, but I know Alex will keep us under control. If you've got your predictions handy, then feel free to share them and we'll try and read them out on the show.

The Parade Lap is back and this time we're celebrating everything cliché as we get you started on this Monaco Grand Prix morning. You may find the odd mention of F1 but with our guest host Alex from SofaF1 joining us, chances are it will be all about the music and the giggles.

Lo and behold, the long-awaited return of the Parade Lap. It's fair to say that the future of this show has been, and still is, unknown, but for this week, it is back. We're bringing in guest host Alex from SofaF1 to help us along the way, and the usual mix of songs and chatter will lead us nicely into the BBC coverage.
I don't know exactly what's on the cards for this next hour of fun, but I can say for certain that we will not be baking a cupcake. That's for the end-of-season show!
We are scheduled to go live at 11:10am BST, and regardless of whether we are on time, we won't run late, as the BBC coverage should not be missed.
