We Do A Lot Of Work For Charity

Never let it be said that Sidepodcast doesn't do its bit for charity.
Now technically we kinda stole this idea from BlogF1, but still it's a good thing, so what the hell.
Red Bull recently announced a plan to support the charity Wings for Life, which involves covering both of their race cars in photographs of individual donators during the British Grand Prix weekend. So, us at Sidepodcast have stumped up some cash and an image of your erstwhile podcast presenter in order to take part.
We're planning to attend the GP at some point during the three days, and hopefully we'll be able to get close enough to see how it looks. You'll find us on the right sidepod (obviously) of Mark's car if you happen get near it.
Should you also be feeling in a charitable mood, head on over to the Faces for Charity site and make a pledge (it'll only cost you £10.00 and you'll feel great about yourself afterwards).

Mark's car? Tut tut! ;-) I'm on Coulthard's near the cockpit on the right-hand side. Although I was a little cheeky and used the official corporate logo of BF1! I didn't want my ugly-mug on the car when it cruised around Silverstone without a third gear!
well, 3rd gear or no, at least your car will finish!
thing is, the girl's a bit of a Webber fan, and there were less photos on his ride...so we felt a bit sorry for him.
Great stuff for giving to the charity, and what a cool way to do it too eh?
I was going to do it yesterday but the page wasn't loading for me. I've checked it out again and David's got loads of faces on his car! Was gonna put my pic on his, gotta support the Brit lol
I think by the time we get at Silverstone, Red Bull will have sorted out their gear/drive problem :P They're looking good for the future!
could you imagine how cool it would look if one of the Red Bull's win?
That would be fantastic.
Would be awful if either of the cars crash though...LOL won't be as funny as when Honda's Earth does though!
gotta love Red Bull's sense of humour. here's the confirmation mail we just received:
"Just to let you know that we've shown your image to both David Coulthard's mum and Mark Webber's gran (our vetting committee) and it's been given a unanimous thumbs up. So congratulations."
